I have been registered in the gambling access ban file of the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (RGIAJ). How can I access my account again?

You just have to e-mail us at clients@speedybet.es indicating that you want to unblock your gaming account and that you are no longer registered in the RGIAJ file. The entire process must be done by e-mail, for security reasons.
