You bet both. To meet the turnover requirements, you must use real money and bonus money. This is taken automatically in a 2:1 ratio. Both in the amounts played and in the winnings obtained.
Example:
The player has a total of €150 in his balance, €100 from those is Real Money and the other €50 is Bonus Money. By placing a €30 bet, this will affect your account balance -30€.
With the proportion applied, this will mean €20 of Real Money and €10 of Bonus Money are taken from the balance.
The amount of real money used is determined by the result of dividing the total available in real money by the total of the account balance, by the value of the bet.
100 / 150 = 0.67.
0.67 x €30 = €20.
The amount of bonus money used is equal to the result of the value of the full bet minus the real money used.
€30-€20 = €10
