How to clear cookies and cache?

If you are experiencing slowness or issues with your account or games, we recommend clearing your cookies and cache and trying again.

đź’ˇ We recommend using Google Chrome for better compatibility.


🖥️ Google Chrome — Desktop

Step 1 — Open Chrome on your computer.
Step 2 — In the top right corner, click More (⋮).
Step 3 — Click More tools → Clear browsing data.
Step 4 — Choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Step 5 — Check the boxes "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Step 6 — Click Clear data.


📱 Google Chrome — Android

Step 1 — Open the Chrome app on your Android device.
Step 2 — In the top right corner, tap More (⋮).
Step 3 — Tap History → Clear browsing data.
Step 4 — Choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Step 5 — Check the boxes "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files".
Step 6 — Tap Clear data.


📱 Google Chrome — iPhone/iPad

Step 1 — Open the Chrome app on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2 — At the bottom, tap More (⋮).
Step 3 — Tap History → Clear browsing data.
Step 4 — Make sure "Cookies and site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.
Step 5 — Tap Clear browsing data.


🦊 Firefox — Desktop

Step 1 — Click the menu button and select Options.
Step 2 — Select the Privacy & Security panel.
Step 3 — Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
Step 4 — Uncheck "Cookies and Site Data".
Step 5 — With "Cached Web Content" checked, click Clear.
Step 6 — Close the preferences page. Any changes will be saved automatically.


🧭 Safari — iPhone/iPad

Option A — Clear history and cookies:
Go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.

Option B — Clear cookies only (keeping your history):
Go to Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → Remove All Website Data.


🧭 Safari — Mac

Step 1 — From the menu, select Safari → Preferences → Advanced.
Step 2 — Enable "Show Develop menu in menu bar" and close the window.
Step 3 — From the menu, select Develop → Empty Caches.
