If you are unable to make a deposit with your card, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The verification code (CVV) entered is incorrect.
- The session was interrupted during the payment process.
- Your bank has declined the transaction due to an active restriction, block, or limit on your card.
- You did not complete the additional verification step required by your bank.
- Your card is a business card — only personal cards are accepted.
- Your card was issued outside Spain — only cards issued by Spanish banks are accepted. Exception: Revolut cards may be issued in any European Union country.
- Maximum number of attempts exceeded — some banks temporarily block the card after several consecutive failed attempts.
- Card not enabled for online payments — some cards, especially debit cards, need to be specifically enabled for online purchases through your bank’s app.
- Gambling restriction enabled by your bank — some Spanish banks allow customers to activate a specific block on payments to online gambling platforms through their app.

- When your bank requests additional verification, confirm it through your bank’s app before it expires.
- If your bank has blocked your card after several failed attempts, contact them to have it unblocked.
- Check that your card is enabled for online payments — you can usually enable this through your bank’s app.
- Check whether you have any gambling restrictions enabled in your bank’s app and disable them if necessary.
- If your bank is declining the payment, contact them directly to check whether there are any active restrictions, blocks, or limits on your card.
