📸 Document image requirements
To ensure a correct and secure verification, please make sure your photos meet the following requirements:
✅ Both sides — We need a photo of the front and back of the document (except for passports).
✅ Clear image — Fully legible, with no reflections hiding data or security features.
✅ All four corners visible — The document must appear complete. Do not crop or edit the image.
✅ NIE without a photo — If your NIE does not include a photo, we will also need an identity document or passport from your country of origin.
⚠️ If your image has been rejected, do not resubmit the same photo — it will be rejected again and cause delays. Take a new photo before resubmitting.
